State Regulations for Arkansas Home Inspectors

State License Required to Perform Home Inspections in Arkansas: YES

All Arkansas home inspectors are required to register with the secretary of state. This state conducts it’s policies from the American Society of Home Inspectors, also known as ASHI. Here are a few different ways that you can get your license in this state.

Must conduct all inspections in adherence to the Standards of Practice and code of Ethics of ASHI, the Arkansas Association of Real Estate inspectors, or an equivalent professional home inspection association.

OR

Applicants must pass the National Home Inspector Association

OR

High School Diploma / GED and at least one year experience as a home inspector and proof of 100 home inspections for compensation.
